I design UX with a background most designers don't have: graphic design and three years on the front line of customer support. That combination means I design for how decisions actually land with real people — and what that does to adoption, engagement, and trust.
Before UX, I was a Technical Support Specialist, supporting UK customers through exactly the moments most designers never see — the confusion, the workarounds, the quiet frustration. That's where I learned to read people, not just data, and it's still the foundation of how I design today.
I'm now working as a freelance UX/UI Designer, partnering with clients across industries — from an agricultural investment platform to a business consultancy — to build digital experiences that are clear, credible, and built to convert. I'm actively open to new freelance work, and to joining a growing team as a UX Designer where I can bring that same standard every day.
